The end of the year is, for me – and I believe for most of you – a time of reflection. A time when we pause, look back, and try to feel what this year has truly brought us, and what it has taken away.

As far as I am concerned, 2025 brought the closure of a major professional chapter.

After 18 years, my chapter at Hipotekarna bank is coming to an end. I joined Hipotekarna bank in 2007, at a time when it was under measures imposed by the Central Bank and facing the risk of losing its license. Today, I am leaving a bank that is among the leading banks in Montenegro. Although my banking career spans more than 30 years, this period was strongly marked by responsibility, continuity, and deep personal and professional growth. I see Hipotekarna as my personal and professional success, and as proof that everything is possible.

It was challenging, demanding, dynamic and at the same time deeply fulfilling.

Banking taught me clarity, structure and decision-making within complex systems. As a member of the management board, I had the opportunity to participate in processes and decisions that carry weight and long-term impact. That experience shaped me both professionally and as a human being. Along the way, I am grateful to everyone I worked with and learned from.

I will also remember this year for something I now consider one of my greatest achievements: I remained mentally healthy. In a world of constant demands, high expectations, and accelerated pace, I learned how important it is to stop, listen to the body and recognize limits. Somatic work was a strong support in this – not only as a profession, but as a personal daily practice.

Mental health is not something to be taken for granted. It is built, protected, and chosen day by day.

I am also ending the year with an important professional confirmation- I became a PCC coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). PCC is a standard of trust and quality, but also a reminder of the great responsibility we carry when working with others.

New paths and new adventures lie ahead of me. More space to work with leaders, teams, and individuals who seek clarity, stability, and inner strength. From banking, I carry structure, strategic thinking and a systemic perspective. From coaching, I carry presence, the body, emotions and a deeper understanding of what drives human beings.

I am closing this year with gratitude. I am entering the next one calmly, with curiosity and trust in the process. Because some chapters do not end so that something is lost, but so that space can open for what is yet to come.
