Points of You®
The basis of the method is the interaction between the intuitive and emotional right side of the brain and the left side of the brain which is focused on logic and analysis. This interaction happens at the moment when we look at a POY photo and word at the same time. Photography stimulates our right, creative brain, while the word activates the left, analytical brain.
There are 4 stages of the method:
- First stage: PAUSE – Pausing allows us to shift our inner frequency from the always busy daily frequency to a quieter one, going deeper into our feelings and thoughts, especially those preventing us from being where we want to be.
- Second stage: EXPAND – In this stage we look for the unknown, not knowing where it may lead us. We allow a shift from our familiar comfort zone– to a world of new opportunities. At the end of this stage, we know this: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
- Third stage: FOCUS – Here we focus on our most significant insights. We use guiding questions to clarify and define exactly which of the newly discovered possibilities is right for our further journey.
- Fourth stage: DOING – We advance from thought to action. We draft special steps and tactics to achieve the goal!
Points of You® not only allows us to view the problem from different points of view, but also offers a concrete tool with which an action plan can be made!
If you are a manager, leader, educator, coach, trainer, HR specialist, or someone who wants better results on a personal and professional level, this methodology will certainly help you in ways you cannot imagine yet.
Process Communication Model
Process Communication Model® is a widely-awarded theory of personality and communication, based on about a million profiles and 40 years of research and practice. Developed by an American psychologist, Dr. Taibi Kahler. It serves as a manual with instruction for our personality which we as people never had access to before. When applied at the group or team level, PCM® acts as an X-ray system that can show the DNA of collective team behavior.
Some of the areas in which it gives outstanding results are general improvement of communication, reduction of conflict, motivating individuals through simple but also an in-depth understanding of human personality structure, team building, management, leadership, stress management, and sales skills.
PCM® helps a person become aware of the communication PROCESSES themselves, more specifically to become aware of ‘how’ the other person communicates, not ‘what’ they communicate.
A key aspect of the PCM® methodology is understanding the architecture of our personality, which illustrates the complexity of our personality and which helps in understanding and managing interpersonal dynamics. With the help of PCM® we do not focus on the types of people, but on the types WITHIN people, because everyone carries 6 personality types. People, however, tend to communicate through the strongest personality type, more specifically their BASE.
The six personality types are THINKER, HARMONIZER, REBEL, PROMOTER, IMAGINER, AND PERSISTER.
The PCM® test can show you what are the predominant personality types within you and what their characteristics are, it can help you identify the prevalent personality types in the people around you and a debrief session with us can help you find the best way to use that knowledge to best convey your message.
With PCM®, you can discover your fundamental psychological needs, the management style that suits your personality, and which method of interaction you need to have with the people around you to be more productive. The focus is on the communication process, and therefore this methodology leads to better understanding and interaction regardless of age, industry you work in, or your ethnic background.
The first and most important step is to SIGN UP today to take the PCM® test, and our analysis of the results will open a new chapter in your life.
