WHAT IS COACHING

FORMULA FOR SUCCESS: FOCUS ON THE FUTURE, NOT ON MISTAKES FROM THE PAST!

Coaching is a relatively new area and its importance is increasingly being recognized. The results achieved in the region and across the world show that both individuals and leaders choose coaching precisely because of the methods and techniques that are quickly applicable. The world’s leading companies, such as Microsoft and Ikea, have an extremely developed organizational coaching culture.

Basically, coaching is a conversation – a dialogue between a client and a coach in a productive, result-oriented context. A conversation in which, by asking relevant questions at critical moments, the coach encourages and supports the client in order to see different angles and strategies. By aligning, providing support, encouraging, and helping in all areas of life, all potential and skills of the client are unlocked.

TEAM COACHING

Team coaching helps teams to analyze performance, improve results, improve communication, and build relationships. It also encourages better communication, both within the team and between the team and other external actors in their activities, ensuring that the dialogue is intellectual and compassionate in character and content. Team coaching is important because it promotes a social dialogue that builds relationships, stimulates understanding of oneself and other team members, and develops the necessary skills to avoid conflict, and ultimately achieve the desired goals.

Erickson Business International, Points of You®, and Process Communication Model methods are used, each accredited by the International Coaching Federation

Our experience of working with teams has shown that conflicts most often arise due to inconsistent team values, different assumptions of team members, different communication styles and personality types, uncommunicated expectations, and different opinions and ideas. Companies generally hire coaches only when real conflicts occur. We firmly believe that the coach should be hired as a method of prevention not when ‘putting out a fire’.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • Connecting with a team vision and understanding shared goals;
  • Raising awareness of group identity and values;
  • Establishing or increasing trust between team members;
  • Improving communication between team members or other teams;
  • Sense of responsibility for achieving results;
  • Increasing team efficiency.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

  • Individual coaching involves initial conversation, assessment of communication style, skills, or state of mind depending on the topic of the coaching session itself. It requires great trust from the client which is built thoroughly. The most important thing is that the dialogue between the coach and the client is honest, productive, and result-oriented.
  • Points of You® and Process Communication Model methods can be used during the session, both of which are accredited by the International Coaching Federation
  • If the client is truly committed to this, he/she can expect encouragement and support from the coach, who will lead him/her to look at different angles and strategies. The goal of an individual coaching session is to increase client satisfaction, sense of purpose, and fulfillment.
  • Now you can also sign up for online coaching sessions.

GROUP COACHING

WHAT IS GROUP COACHING

Group coaching is, to put it simply, coaching to a collective. A lot of people mix team with group coaching. Namely, team coaching is done with the team of a certain organization/company which defines the same values, with the aim of improving specific skills or achieving concrete results. On the other hand, in group coaching, although each participant has his or her own goal, a comprehensive program theme is identified that serves as a common thread. This type of coaching is about communication that comes not only from interaction with the coach but also from other members of the group who work with each other. During the session, the energy of the group and the support that the participants receive both from the coach and from one another leads to constant motivation, responsibility, and joint acquisition of knowledge. Although you will most likely see some of the participants for the first time, you should know that everyone here has a common task and that everyone will adopt new tools that will become their best companions in future ventures.

COACHING TOOLS

Points of You®

The basis of the method is the interaction between the intuitive and emotional right side of the brain and the left side of the brain which is focused on logic and analysis. This interaction happens at the moment when we look at a POY photo and word at the same time. Photography stimulates our right, creative brain, while the word activates the left, analytical brain.

There are 4 stages of the method:

  • First stage: PAUSE – Pausing allows us to shift our inner frequency from the always busy daily frequency to a quieter one, going deeper into our feelings and thoughts, especially those preventing us from being where we want to be.
  • Second stage: EXPAND – In this stage we look for the unknown, not knowing where it may lead us. We allow a shift from our familiar comfort zone– to a world of new opportunities. At the end of this stage, we know this: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
  • Third stage: FOCUS – Here we focus on our most significant insights. We use guiding questions to clarify and define exactly which of the newly discovered possibilities is right for our further journey.
  • Fourth stage: DOING – We advance from thought to action. We draft special steps and tactics to achieve the goal!

Points of You® not only allows us to view the problem from different points of view, but also offers a concrete tool with which an action plan can be made!

If you are a manager, leader, educator, coach, trainer, HR specialist, or someone who wants better results on a personal and professional level, this methodology will certainly help you in ways you cannot imagine yet.

Process Communication Model

Process Communication Model® is a widely-awarded theory of personality and communication, based on about a million profiles and 40 years of research and practice. Developed by an American psychologist, Dr. Taibi Kahler. It serves as a manual with instruction for our personality which we as people never had access to before. When applied at the group or team level, PCM® acts as an X-ray system that can show the DNA of collective team behavior.

Some of the areas in which it gives outstanding results are general improvement of communication, reduction of conflict, motivating individuals through simple but also an in-depth understanding of human personality structure, team building, management, leadership, stress management, and sales skills.

PCM® helps a person become aware of the communication PROCESSES themselves, more specifically to become aware of ‘how’ the other person communicates, not ‘what’ they communicate.

A key aspect of the PCM® methodology is understanding the architecture of our personality, which illustrates the complexity of our personality and which helps in understanding and managing interpersonal dynamics. With the help of PCM® we do not focus on the types of people, but on the types WITHIN people, because everyone carries 6 personality types. People, however, tend to communicate through the strongest personality type, more specifically their BASE.

The six personality types are THINKER, HARMONIZER, REBEL, PROMOTER, IMAGINER, AND PERSISTER.

The PCM® test can show you what are the predominant personality types within you and what their characteristics are, it can help you identify the prevalent personality types in the people around you and a debrief session with us can help you find the best way to use that knowledge to best convey your message.

With PCM®, you can discover your fundamental psychological needs, the management style that suits your personality, and which method of interaction you need to have with the people around you to be more productive. The focus is on the communication process, and therefore this methodology leads to better understanding and interaction regardless of age, industry you work in, or your ethnic background.

The first and most important step is to SIGN UP today to take the PCM® test, and our analysis of the results will open a new chapter in your life.
