We are overwhelmed with content. Posts, opinions, advice, inspiration… Everything seems similar, if not the same. With so much information, it’s hard to find something that truly resonates.
As a somatic and leadership coach, I have been writing from personal experience for years. I write because I believe that every experience has value.
Today, we all have something to say and it’s not necessarily a bad thing. People want to contribute, to share, to be seen. But sometimes it seems like we are all trying to say something “big”, “important”, “smart”. Sometimes we forget that not everything has to be groundbreaking. And it doesn’t have to be.
It’s often the simplest things that touch us the most. And yet, those are the easiest to overlook.
I believe that it is not a matter of always being different. It’s enough to be authentic, to write what we really feel, without the pressure that it has to sound special. It doesn’t even have to be new, but if it’s ours, it has its weight. It may not resonate with thousands of people, but it will find those who need it.
Quieter. Simpler. More intimate.
In a time when everyone is saying something, sometimes the bravest thing is to stop and listen. Or to write with intention, not out of habit. That’s how I try to stay present in what I’m doing. Maybe the post won’t go “viral” but my goal is for it to be honest, for this to be like a diary.
Because in the end, we don’t have to shout to be noticed. We don’t even have to be perfect. Sometimes the biggest impact is the one that comes quietly but stays for a long time. That’s why we choose to be useful, to speak when we have something to say, and to listen when we don’t. Because in that authenticity, in that silence, the greatest truth is often hidden.
