If time seems to fly, pause and ask yourself whose rhythm is it really?
In the rush, it’s easy to forget whether we’re walking our own path or playing by someone else’s rules. That’s when the body starts sending signals, but we often fail to listen.
Ask yourself the questions that bring you back to yourself:
- If applause feeds you – who controls your hunger?
- If you’re always putting out fires – who’s lighting them?
- If you keep apologizing – who did you give the power to judge?
- If you have no peace – who is stealing your silence?
- If you’re always available – who turned you into a tool?
- If decisions drain you – who dictates your choices?
- If you feel trapped – whose rules are you really playing by?
- If you’re always giving – who holds your hand when you need support?
These questions aren’t an accusation, but an invitation. An invitation to slow down, feel your body, and notice where you’re losing yourself.
Your time, energy and rhythm belong to you. When you turn your attention inward, you return to yourself – and begin writing your own agenda.
