2023 is almost here.

Before I start with wishes and expectations, I would like to sum up this year and thank all of you for your engagement!

I was not surprised that my most-read post was the one about loyalty in the business environment. Many of you reached out with personal stories about the importance of this topic pointing out that not everything is about money. As I wrote back then, loyalty has no price tag. We can always do more to promote and encourage it.

Clear and open communication was needed in 2022, and it will continue to be needed in the upcoming period.

This year I co-organized the conference Zene od Uticaja- Women of Impact – with a clear goal: to strengthen and encourage more women to start their own businesses and support one another. On this path and with this idea, we also need support from our male colleagues. The most important question for all was WHO ARE WE REALLY? I asked this question to all of my kind panelists at the second conference, The New Me. What an experience it was!

As for banking, I am happy to have organized a gathering with risk managers from banks operating in Montenegro. My wish was to connect people from the same industry because from this only extraordinary results can arise.

This year I also wanted to share some special moments from my personal life, which is why I wrote about the importance of creating new experiences. That is where the photo with the dolphin came from. That trip to Bodrum was especially significant from a somatic point of view since I enrolled and completed my education in somatic coaching – another new experience for me this year and something I enjoy doing.

Finally I want to mention the post about overthinkers and doers. If there are those whom this year identified themselves as overthinkers or took just a few action steps, I hope 2023 will be different. Go with the flow!

In 2023, let’s:

?surround ourselves with people who support and care for us.
?have the courage to dig deeper and live by nurturing our core
values.
?treat people the way we like to be treated.
?trust people more. Trust is an eternal value.
?look at the bigger picture.
?be tolerant
?not have a fear of failure.
?accept more responsibility – not everything has to be perfect.
?use intuition and our inner voice more.
