There are a lot of trainings and workshops regarding leadership. Many are very useful, but somatic leadership coaching is entirely new, especially in this region. I have been incorporating the elements of somatic in my regular coaching sessions with the permission of the client, and the results are immediately visible and extraordinary.

The main question is, “What is the relationship between the body and leadership?”

Neuroscience says that our intelligence lies not just in the brain but also in the body as a whole.

Physical sensations, gestures, posture, and overall somatic presence play an important role in how people lead, communicate, and engage with others.

Our bodies hold valuable information, emotions, and wisdom that influence our decision-making and leadership effectiveness.

There are many techniques, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, body scanning, and grounding, to develop greater presence, emotional intelligence, and authentic communication. Somatic practices can support leaders in developing embodied leadership presence characterized by confidence, authenticity, and the ability to inspire others.

The somatic approach to leadership recognizes that our bodies are not separate from our roles as leaders but essential tools for understanding ourselves.

I could go on and on about body-oriented coaching, felt sense, orientation, or intuition, but I want to show you how that works in practice.

If you want to learn new and effective ways how to:

  • lead better
  • handle pressure
  • communicate more effectively
  • build a stronger team
  • advance faster

then Somatic Coaching in Leadership is the right program from you. Mark the date 17th June.
