“Leadership. Here and now.”
Two-day group coaching program of somatic leadership
What is Somatic Leadership?
Somatic leadership employs a “bodily” approach to learning. It differs significantly from the primarily cognitive approach to learning that is most common in our society. Considering the whole person as a means of change can lead to sustainable transformation for individuals and organizations. Bodily learning involves all aspects of ourselves in the process (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual). With this approach, people acquire new skills and abilities, not just good ideas.
The program focuses on acquiring leadership skills through the application of somatic coaching. Somatic coaching integrates body-centered practices to enhance leadership skills and create lasting behavioral changes.
Participants will explore various somatic practices, including breathwork, movement, and mindfulness, to develop a deep understanding of the connection between body, emotions, thoughts, and leadership presence.
What makes the program unique and what are the benefits?
- Self-awareness: By developing a deep connection with their own body, feelings, and emotions, leaders gain a clearer understanding of their strengths, limitations, triggers, and patterns.
- Authentic Leadership: Through practices such as breathing, movement, and mindfulness, leaders learn to access their intelligence and develop a strong presence that inspires trust, engagement, and respect among team members.
- Communication, Collaboration, and Agility: By aligning verbal and non-verbal cues, leaders develop greater sensitivity to the body language of others, fostering empathy and understanding. This leads to improved collaboration, conflict resolution, adaptability, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a relatively new field, whose significance is increasingly recognized day by day. The results achieved in the region and worldwide show that individuals and leaders choose coaching precisely because the methods and techniques are quickly applicable. Leading global companies, such as Microsoft and IKEA, have exceptionally developed organizational coaching cultures.
Essentially, coaching is a conversation—a dialogue between the client and the coach in a productive, results-oriented context. It’s a conversation where, by asking relevant questions at critical moments, the coach encourages and supports the client in viewing different angles and strategies. Through alignment, providing support, encouragement, and assistance in all areas of life, the full potential and skills of the client are unlocked.
GROUP COACHING
WHAT IS GROUP COACHING?
Group coaching is, simply put, coaching in a group. Many people confuse team coaching and group coaching.
What is the difference between team coaching and group coaching?
Team coaching is conducted with a team from a specific organization or company that shares the same values, aiming to enhance specific skills or achieve concrete results.
On the other hand, in group coaching, although each participant has their own goal, a comprehensive theme of the program is identified, which serves as a common thread. This type of coaching involves communication that stems not only from interactions with the coach but also among group members who work with each other. Throughout the process, the group’s energy and the support participants receive, both from the coach and the rest of the group, lead to constant motivation, accountability, and collective learning.
Even though you will likely meet some of the participants for the first time, rest assured that everyone present is there for a common purpose and that each will acquire new tools that will become your best companions in future endeavors.

TEAM COACHING
Team coaching helps teams analyze performance, improve results, enhance communication, and build relationships. It also fosters better communication both within the team and between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring that dialogue is both intellectually and emotionally engaging in nature and content. Team coaching is important because it promotes social dialogue that builds relationships, stimulates understanding of oneself and other team members, and develops the necessary skills to avoid conflict and ultimately achieve the desired goals.

METHODOLOGIES
We use „Erickson International“, Points of You® i Process Communication Model methodologies, each of which is accredited by the International Couching Federation.
In our experience working with teams, conflicts most commonly arise due to misaligned team values, differing assumptions among team members, varying communication styles and personality types, uncommunicated expectations, and differing opinions and ideas. Companies often engage a coach only when visible problems occur. We firmly believe that a coach should be hired as a preventive measure, not just as a reaction to putting out fires.
Expected Results:
- Alignment with the team’s vision and understanding of team goals
- Awareness of group identity and values
- Establishment or enhancement of trust among team members
- Improvement in communication between team members or with other teams
- A sense of responsibility for achieving results
- Increased team efficiency
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
- Individual coaching involves an initial conversation, assessment of communication style, skills, or mindset, depending on the topic of the coaching session. It requires a high level of client trust, which is built over time.
- The most important aspect is that the dialogue between the coach and the client is honest, productive, and results-oriented.
- During the session, Points of You® and Process Communication Model methods can be used, both of which are accredited by the International Couching Federation.
- If the client truly commits to it, they can expect encouragement and support from the coach, who will guide them to view different perspectives and strategies.
- The goal of an individual coaching session is to increase the client’s satisfaction, sense of purpose, and fulfillment.
- You can now also sign up for online coaching sessions.
COACHING TOOLS
Points of You®
The basis of the method is the interaction between the intuitive and emotional right side of the brain and the left side of the brain, which is focused on logic and analysis. This interaction happens precisely when we look at a Points of You® photo and a word simultaneously. The photo stimulates our right, creative brain, while the word activates the left, analytical brain.
There are 4 phases of the method:
- First phase: PAUSE – Pausing allows us to shift from our always busy daily frequency to our inner, quieter frequency, delving deeper into our thoughts, feelings, and reflections that might be preventing us from being where we truly want to be.
- Second phase: EXPAND – In this phase, we seek the unknown, not knowing where it may lead us. We allow ourselves to step out of our familiar comfort zone into a world of new possibilities. By the end of this phase, we know that EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
- Third phase: FOCUS – Here, we focus on our most significant insights. Using guiding questions, we define and clarify which of the newly opened possibilities are the most important for our further journey.
- Fourth phase: DOING – We move from thoughts to action. We map out specific steps and tactics to achieve our goal!
Points of You® not only allows us to view a problem from different perspectives but also offers a concrete tool to create an action plan!
If you are a manager, leader, executive, educator, trainer, coach, HR specialist, or someone who wants better results on a personal and professional level, this methodology will surely help you in ways you can’t yet imagine.
Process Communication Model
The Process Communication Model® is a widely acclaimed theory of personality and communication, based on approximately one million profiles and 40 years of research and practice. It was developed by American psychologist Dr. Taibi Kahler. PCM® serves as a handbook for our personality, which we have never received before. When applied at a group level, PCM® acts like an X-ray system that reveals the DNA of collective team behavior.
Some of the areas in which it yields exceptional results include: overall improvement in communication, conflict reduction, motivating individuals through a simple yet profound understanding of human personality structure, team building, management, leadership, stress management, and sales skills.
PCM® helps individuals become aware of the communication process itself, specifically understanding “how” the other person communicates, rather than “what” they communicate.
A key aspect of the PCM® methodology is understanding the architecture of our personality, which illustrates the complexity of deep personality structure and helps in understanding and managing interpersonal dynamics. With PCM®, we do not focus on types of people but rather on the types within people, as everyone has six types within them. However, people tend to communicate through their strongest personality type, known as their BASE.
The six personality types are: Thinker, Harmonizer, Rebel, Promoter, Imaginer, and Persister.
PCM® can show you the characteristics of your strongest personality types, the prevailing personality types in others, and how to use this knowledge to best convey your message and ensure it is well understood.
With PCM®, you can discover your fundamental psychological needs, the management style that suits your personality, and the kind of interaction you should have with those around you to be more productive. The focus is on the communication process, which is why this methodology leads to better understanding and interaction regardless of age, industry, hierarchy, or ethnic background.
The first and most important step is to sign up today to take the PCM test, and our analysis of the results will open a new chapter in your life!
