Our goal is to improve the results and performance of clients in various areas of business and life.

During that time, the leading figure of Balance to Business, Jelena Vuletić, has had the opportunity to share her experience about vision for the development of coaching culture in Montenegro at various conferences and events such as Business Forum for Young People, Montenegrin Coaching Day, HR Starter Montenegro and HR AmChat. In addition to very close cooperation with the Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce, we have created and conducted various educational workshops with teams of well-known Montenegrin companies. Ms. Vuletić currently also holds the position of Executive Director for Risk in Hipotekarna Banka in Podgorica.
